Grilled Chicken Over Sesame Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
1/4C soy sauce
1/4C teriyaki sauce
2cloves garlic, minced
1/4C dark brown sugar
1tsp fresh ginger, chopped or 1/4 tsp dried ginger
4 to 5chicken breasts
teaspoon sesame oil
Sesame Noodles
1lb box spaghetti
1/2C dark soy sauce
1/2C toasted or roasted sesame oil
1/3C sugar
3scallions, thinly sliced
1/4C or more sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Sesame Noodles
1.Cook spaghetti. Drain.
2.In a jar, shake together soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
3.Pour over pasta.
4.Serve with scallions and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Grilled Chicken
1.In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
2.Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
3.Heat sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and saute 10 minutes or until done, adding drops of sesame oil as needed.
4.Remove from pan; cool slightly. Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips; keep warm.
5.Serve over sesame noodles.
