Sesame Noodles |
1. | Cook spaghetti. Drain. |
2. | In a jar, shake together soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. |
3. | Pour over pasta. |
4. | Serve with scallions and sesame seeds. Set aside. |
Grilled Chicken |
1. | In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours. |
2. | Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. |
3. | Heat sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and saute 10 minutes or until done, adding drops of sesame oil as needed. |
4. | Remove from pan; cool slightly. Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips; keep warm. |
5. | Serve over sesame noodles. |
