Spicy Jack, Tomato, and Avocado Wrap

INGREDIENTS

4slices tomato
1/4tsp ground cumin
1/4tsp paprika
8thin slices reduced fat pepper jack cheese
4whole wheat 9-inch tortillas
1medium avocado

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Sprinkle tomato slices with cumin and paprika.
2.Place 1 cheese slice in the center of each of the warmed tortillas.
3.Top with thin slices of avocado and 1 slice of tomato. Add the remaining cheese slices. Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over filling, enclosing filling completely.
4.Lightly coat outsides of wraps with nonstick cooking spray. Place wraps, folded side down in panini grill or preheated skillet. Close lid and grill for 2 minutes (or 2 minutes on each side if using a skillet) or until toasted and filling is heated through.
