| 1. | Cook rice until al dente. |
| 2. | Wash, peel and cut potatoes into tiny cubes, leave them in a bowl of cold water until ready to cook. |
| 3. | Pour the oil into a hot pan, saute dry spices until they splutter. |
| 4. | Add onions, garlic and ginger, fry until onions are translucent. |
| 5. | Add cubed potatoes, roast until they are fully cooked. |
| 6. | Add all other spices, stir well. |
| 7. | Add cooked rice and mix well. |
