Strawberry & Oats Muesli - E
T. raw almonds
cup rolled oats
T. raisins (raisins are higher in carbs, so you can totally eliminate them if you want or use Goji berries instead)
couple shakes of NuNaturals Pure White Stevia Powder
Pinch of sea salt
cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
I used a small chopper that I have to make this instead of my big food processor. It worked great for this single serving recipe and I didn’t have to dirty my big dishes!
Put almonds in a small chopper or food processor and pulse until chopped into small bits.
Add remaining ingredients and chop until crumbly.
Pour into serving bowl and top with some unsweetened almond milk.
Makes 1 serving.
