Morgan's Sacrament Bread

INGREDIENTS

2c. warm water
1pkg. dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
1/3c. oil
1/3c. sugar
2tsp. salt
5c. flour
1/2c. powdered milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Put yeast in water and let sit until foamy. (approx. 10 min.)
2.Mix oil, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
3.Add yeast mixture, flour, and powdered milk.
4.Knead until smooth.
5.Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 30 min.
6.Punch down, recover with cloth, and let rise for 30 more minutes.
7.Preheat oven to 350*
8.Grease pans with flour and shortening, form 2 loaves or 2 dozen rolls, and let rise for 20 minutes in pans.
9.For rolls, bake for 25 minutes; for bread, 35 minutes.
