1. | In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. |
2. | In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. |
3. | Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for about 16-20 minutes. If I bake them for longer than 16 minutes, they get dry. Serve warm. |
