Fish Stock

INGREDIENTS

1kilo fish heads
1fennel bulb, roughly chopped
100grams celery, roughly chopped
100grams carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
25grams mushrooms, roughly chopped
1sprig thyme
1litre water
1tablespoon Aromat

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Add everything to the rice cooker.
2.Cook on rice porridge setting.
3.Strain.
4.Top with enough water to make 1 litre.
