Fish Stock
INGREDIENTS

kilo fish heads
1
fennel bulb, roughly chopped

grams celery, roughly chopped
100
grams carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
25
grams mushrooms, roughly chopped
1
sprig thyme
1
litre water
1
tablespoon Aromat
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Add everything to the rice cooker.
2.
Cook on rice porridge setting.
3.
Strain.
4.
Top with enough water to make 1 litre.
