| 6 | cups Kale, finely chopped (use a food processor easier results) |
| 1/2 | Cup of Currants*( I chopped raisins since I didn’t have currants) |
| 1/2 | Cup Crushed Marcona Almonds* |
| 1/2 | Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1/4 | Cup Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice |
| Salt and Pepper to Taste |
| Mix all together |
