1. | Lightly grease a 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray. |
2. | In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup water, cocoa powder - bring to a boil. |
3. | In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form a batter. |
4. | Spread into slow cooker |
5. | Pour boiling cocoa mixture over batter. |
6. | Cover, cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes. |
7. | Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream. |
