Asian Sesame Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

225g (1/4 of 900-g pkg.) spaghetti, uncooked
1/2cup Kraft Signature Asian Sesame Dressing
2Chicken breasts
1Tbsp. grated gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. of powdered ginger
1cup frozen peas
1red pepper, cut into thin strips
2Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
4Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2green onions, sliced
1Tbsp. sesame seed

INSTRUCTIONS

1.COOK spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and ginger; cook 4 to 5 min. or just until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add peas and peppers; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
2.SPOON chicken mixture to one side of skillet. Add soy sauce and peanut butter to other side of skillet; cook until peanut butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Mix with chicken mixture until evenly coated. Sprinkle with onions and sesame seed.
3.DRAIN spaghetti. Serve topped with chicken mixture.
4.Serve with any asian noodles or rice.
