1. | Combine flours, oil or butter, sweetener, lemon juice, vinegar or yogurt and water in a large bowl. |
2. | The acidity of the lemon juice, vinegar or yogurt theoretically breaks down the phytic acid in the wheat and thus produces a softer, more digestible bread. |
3. | When your ingredients are combined, transfer the dough to your bread machine and allow dough to sit overnight or up to 24 hours. |
4. | In the morning, add your yeast and salt and press start on the ultrafast setting. |
