Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS

4med onion, chopped
4cloves garlic, grated
Oil
1large can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
2cups chicken broth
2cups milk
1Tbl curry powder
1tsp ginger
1tsp cumin
1/2tsp cinnamon
2tsp turmeric
2cups cooked, shredded chicken
Toppings
Diced tomatoes
Diced onion
Diced green pepper
Diced cucumber
Diced bananas
Diced pineapple (fresh!)
Raisins
Peanuts
Shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Fry onions and garlic in pot with oil.
2.Add remaining ingredients.
3.Cook
4.Covered for 1 hr, stirring occasionally.
5.Serve over rice with toppings.
