3Cups Oats
1/4tsp Sea Salt
1/2tsp Cinnamon
1/4Cup honey
1/4Cup Coconut Oil
1tsp Vanilla

1.Preheat oven to 300 Degrees
2.In a small bowl, stir together honey, coconut oil and vanilla (you might need to melt the coconut oil depending on the time of the year)
3.In a large bowl, stir together oats, salt and cinnamon.
4.Combine the oats with the honey mixture
5.Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
6.Bake stirring after 15 minutes, (this is when I will usually thru in nuts, coconut and other items I might want to toast a little) until the granola is a very light brown. It should take 20-30 minutes. You can bake it longer for a crunchier, toastier flavor but be careful not to burn it!
7.Cool the granola completely, it will harden as it cools.
8.Once your granola's cool get creative!
