Cover2's Tatar Sauce

Adapted from one of Ina Garten's recipes with a little extra from me.

INGREDIENTS

1cup mayonnaise
1tablespoon white wine vinegar
1tablespoon brown mustard
1tablespoon capers (finely chopped)
1tablespoon dill pickle (finely chopped)
1teaspoon black pepper
1teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Tabasco to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1.After preparation, mix ingredients together and let it marry for an hour before serving (remember to cover and refrigerate!).
2.The lemon juice and Tabasco are additions to the original recipe and the amounts can vary according to individual tastes.
