For Spaghetti |
1. | Preheat your oven to 400. Cut the Squash in half and remove the seeds. Take a roasting dish (you may need two) and place 3/4 cup of water in it. Place the squash cut side down into it. Cook for 40 mins or until the inside is tender. |
2. | Use a fork on the inside of the squash to remove the spaghetti. |
For Sauce |
1. | While the squash is in the oven, dice your onion and place it in a pot with your olive oil, add your ground turkey and brown over medium heat. Once the meat is cooked add the rest of the ingredients. Let stew on medium-low with lid on until the squash is done, stirring occasionally. |
2. | This will make a lot of food, store any leftovers in a freezer bag and reheat in a pan for a later meal. |
