Caramel Pecans - S


1/4cup unsalted butter
1/4cup coconut oil
Pinch sea salt
2/3cup powdered Erythritol (plus a shake of NuNaturals Stevia Powder if you want it even sweeter)
2teaspoons whey protein powder
1teaspoon vanilla
2cups pecan halves


1.In a saucepan, heat all the above ingredients except the pecan halves.
2.Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
3.Remove from burner and stir in pecan halves until well coated.
4.Spread Caramel Pecans out onto a foil-lined cookie sheet and place in freezer to harden.
5.Once hardened up, break up nuts and store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
